Everyone else starts with the technology. We start with your timesheet, because you cannot tell whether AI helped if you never measured what things cost you beforehand.
Every other free course opens with a definition of artificial intelligence. For someone who already has a job that is the wrong place to start, because it tells you nothing about whether any of this is worth your time. Lesson one measures the ground first: an unflattering account of a normal working week, a short readiness score, and one recurring task you will carry through the remaining sixteen sessions.
The measurement matters more than it sounds. In session 5.1 you re-time the same task against the number you write down here. Skip the audit and there is nothing to compare against, and “it feels faster” is not evidence anyone will act on.
